UGA Board Elections
Are you interested in serving UGA as a member of the Board of Directors? How about someone you know? There are four positions opening up on the Board this year and we need committed individuals to fill those positions.
UGA Board members serve three-year terms and are assigned responsibility for specific UGA programs. An individual must be a member of UGA to be eligible to serve on the Board. Board meetings are held bi-monthly with frequent interaction between members in the interim. Most Board members spend 5 - 10 hours per week in fulfilling their responsibilities.
Nominations are now being accepted for candidates to run for election to the UGA Board. Click on the "Make Nomination" link below to nominate yourself or someone you else you feel would be willing to provide dedicated service for the next three years to the Utah Genealogical Association. Please be sure to include the nominee's name and contact information (either email address or phone number).
Nominees will be contacted to determine their willingness to serve and their names will then be placed on the ballot for the election to be held in October.
